this is an excellent product. It provides support when walking, as well as a seat when you need one. The seat is the best I have seen as compared to all others. It is sturdy, flexible amd a good size. I have had many inquiries as to where I purchased it and i am happy to tell them..

Due to back problems I have problems for standing at length. Now, with this product, anytime I approach a window to sign in, or wait in line at a restaurant, I simply open my sling chair and sit down. I won't go anywhere without it now. Sometimes, if I did not have the chair cane, I would be standing 10 minutes or more. I wish I could afford dozens of them to give to people I meet who need one. Instead I give them a business card with my blog [...] and tell them to click on 'links' where I have a picture of the product and a link to the site where I bought it.

I purchased this stick for my mom who cannot walk for long without taking a break and sitting for a few minutes. This cane was very useful to her when we were on vacation. It is lightweight and the seat is sturdy.

Recently I purchased the drive medical cane with sling seat not for medical reasons but for use as an extra seat when I have a party.
I live in a small apartment, and when I do have a party we gather around the dining table. So, I needed something small that would not take up too much room. This seat is perfect for that.

I can only walk or stand for about 2 minutes at a time. So this product alows me to go shopping even when I can't get an electric cart at some of the stores or if they don't have them at all. I even use this product when I go outside here at my home. Thanks, Toby

I bought this for my father, who is 84 and uses a cane to get around.

This folding cane is very handy for such times as when my dad needs to wait in line at the bank or shop in a supermarket. The seat itself is on the smallish side, but it is sturdy & stable. It is somewhat awkward as a cane, but it is compact & lightweight, and functional in a pinch.

Do not expect this to replace a regular cane. But if you do use a cane and you occasionally find yourself in situations with nowhere to sit, it's a great product to own.
